Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to a Project Lab Coat show, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Project Lab Coat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any new features that enhance or expand the current ticketing process, including the release of new tools and resources, shall also be subject to these Terms. Your continued use of our ticketing services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Failure to comply with any of the Terms set forth below may result in the cancellation of your ticket and the forfeiture of any right to a refund. You agree to use our ticketing services at your own risk.
Project Lab Coat is committed to protecting your personal information and handling your data securely in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
1. Payment Methods
Project Lab Coat is affiliated with Runway 7 Fashion. Therefore, all transactions made through the Runway 7 Fashion website are securely processed through Runway 7 Fashion’s payment platform.
Accepted payment methods on runway7fashion.com include American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket and a unique QR code. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it but your payment has been charged, please contact us at tickets@runway7fashion.com for assistance.
3. Ticket Information
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to use their ticket. No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend the event or are unable to attend due to personal circumstances.
- Tickets are sold exclusively through our official website.
- Any ticket purchased from an unauthorized source may be fraudulent and may not be honored.
- Tickets are transferable. If the original purchaser is unable to attend, they may transfer their ticket to another individual.
- All attendees must present a valid QR code at the venue entrance. Each QR code may only be scanned once.
- Seating availability and assignment are managed exclusively by Runway 7 Fashion.
4. Event Date and Time Changes
If the date of a designer’s runway show is changed, customers may request a credit up to one week before the rescheduled event date. This credit may be used to attend the rescheduled show or any other Runway 7 Fashion show within one (1) year from the original ticket purchase date.
To request a date or time change, please email tickets@runway7fashion.com with your order number, the original event date and time, and your preferred new date or time. Requests are subject to seat availability. If seats are unavailable for the requested event, we will be unable to accommodate the change.
5. Grace Period
Guests with reserved seating are allowed a maximum grace period of thirty (30) minutes after the scheduled start time. After this period, Runway 7 Fashion reserves the right to reassign your seat. Please arrive on time out of respect for our designers, production team, and fellow guests.
6. QR Code Presentation
A valid ticket QR code must be presented at the venue entrance. Failure to present a valid QR code will result in denial of entry. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the event.
7. Discount Codes
Discount codes may be offered during the ticket sales period. Their availability, validity, and terms are limited and subject to change.
- Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
- Project Lab Coat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional code without prior notice.
8. Conduct, Removal, and Admission
Any attendee displaying disruptive behavior or using offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language inside the venue or while waiting in line may be removed immediately without refund.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all security screening procedures deemed necessary by venue management or security personnel. Refusal to cooperate with security measures may result in denial of entry without refund.
Alcoholic beverages, sharp objects, weapons, noisemakers, and any items considered dangerous or disruptive are strictly prohibited.
9. Photo and Video Release
By attending the event, you grant Runway 7 Fashion and Project Lab Coat permission to photograph, film, and record your likeness, image, voice, and appearance during the event. You further authorize Runway 7 Fashion and Project Lab Coat to use such photographs, videos, recordings, or other audiovisual materials for promotional, marketing, editorial, advertising, and commercial purposes across all media platforms without compensation.
You also authorize Runway 7 Fashion and Project Lab Coat to repost or otherwise use content that you voluntarily share on social media relating to the event for promotional purposes.
10. Use of Personal Information for Marketing
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, you consent to Project Lab Coat and Runway 7 Fashion using your personal information to send you newsletters, promotional materials, special offers, event announcements, and marketing communications regarding our products, services, events, and those of selected partners that may be of interest to you.
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by sending an email to tickets@runway7fashion.com with your phone number and the word “STOP”, or by using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails, where applicable.
VIP Experience – Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Project Lab Coat VIP Experience Package, you agree to be bound by the following additional Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply exclusively to VIP Experience Packages and govern the exclusive benefits, premium seating, backstage access, transportation services, and other privileges included with your purchase.
1. VIP Seating Assignment
VIP seating is assigned based on package level and availability.
Project Lab Coat and Runway 7 Fashion reserve the right to modify seat assignments at any time due to production, operational, or security requirements.
2. Red Carpet and Backstage Access
Access to backstage, red carpet, and other restricted areas is subject to the direction and approval of the production and security teams.
Project Lab Coat and Runway 7 Fashion reserve the right to restrict, modify, or deny access to any exclusive area at any time for operational, production, scheduling, or safety reasons.
3. Gift Bag and Sponsor Benefits
Gift bags and sponsor-provided items are subject to availability and may vary without prior notice.
Project Lab Coat and Runway 7 Fashion do not guarantee the replacement or substitution of missing, damaged, or unavailable promotional items.
4. Exclusive Experiences (Cocktail Reception, Networking, and Other Activities)
Exclusive VIP experiences are subject to venue capacity, scheduling, and event regulations.
Food and alcoholic beverage service is available only to guests who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID, in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Transportation Service
Complimentary private transportation is available only within a thirty (30) mile (48 km) radius of the event venue, Sony Hall, 235 W 46th Street, New York, NY.
Transportation requests beyond the included service area will be subject to an additional charge, which must be paid by the guest prior to service.
The transportation service does not include additional stops, route changes, or extended waiting time.
This benefit includes one-way transportation only, providing transportation to Sony Hall. Return transportation is not included unless otherwise specified in the purchased VIP package.
6. Non-Transferability
All VIP Experience Packages are personal and non-transferable.
Name changes, transfers, assignments, or resale of VIP packages are strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Project Lab Coat and Runway 7 Fashion.
Project Lab Coat Live Stream Tickets – Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By purchasing a virtual ticket for the Project Lab Coat New York Fashion Week Live Stream (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”).
1. No Refund Policy
All virtual live stream ticket sales are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, internet connectivity issues, incompatible devices, technical difficulties experienced by the user, or any other personal technical problems.
2. Technical Requirements
It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device before purchasing a virtual ticket.
Project Lab Coat and Runway 7 Fashion are not responsible for personal technical issues and will not provide technical support, refunds, or compensation for issues related to the purchaser’s equipment, software, internet connection, or device compatibility.
3. Personal Use and Unauthorized Distribution
Live stream tickets are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any unauthorized rebroadcasting, recording, copying, streaming, distribution, public display, or commercial use of the live stream or any portion of its content is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the violator to civil and/or criminal legal action.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regardto its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
5. Indemnification
BY PURCHASING A VIRTUAL TICKET, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE POLICIES, RULES, AND GUIDELINES. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE LIVE STREAM WITHOUT REFUND, COMPENSATION, OR PRIOR NOTICE, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER LEGAL REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO PROJECT LAB COAT AND RUNWAY 7 FASHION.
Project Lab Coat Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By entering this giveaway (“Giveaway”), each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Project Lab Coat (“Organizer”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and immediate family members of Project Lab Coat are not eligible to participate.
This Giveaway is valid only for the Project Lab Coat runway shows taking place on September 12 during New York Fashion Week.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins and ends on the dates announced by Project Lab Coat through its official website and social media channels. Entries submitted outside the promotional period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the official Giveaway announcement.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Project Lab Coat.
By entering, participants represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected.
The winner will receive one (1) General Admission ticket to a Project Lab Coat New York Fashion Week runway show on September 12.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other item.
Project Lab Coat reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided during entry.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the timeframe specified by Project Lab Coat, or is determined to be ineligible, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Claim
The selected winner must respond within the deadline established by Project Lab Coat in order to claim the prize.
Failure to respond or comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity Release
By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Project Lab Coat permission to use their name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, social media username, and any related content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Personal Information
Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway, contacting the winner, and otherwise in accordance with Project Lab Coat’s Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Project Lab Coat, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, technical failure, or disappointment arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
